“Anthem” is the Southern Highlands' first Continuous Care Retirement Community in Redford Road, Bowral. Anthem provides an alternative for people who may wish to have the assurance of extra care when they need it, without the need to go to hostel or nursing home accommodation.

“Anthem” offers one, two and three bedroom apartments in a safe and comfortable community setting that offers flexible care tailored to suit your needs at any time. Each apartment will have a full kitchen with cook top, oven, range hood, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine and dryer in the laundry. Each bathroom is connected to the main bedroom and another door to the hallway, a balcony off the living area, cupboards in each bedroom and a linen cupboard in the hallway. Our first building, “The Hordern Building” is to be completed by November 2008. This building has 12 apartments on each floor, as well as underground parking with a lift to connect each floor. On the ground floor there is a restaurant and lounge area with large windows and a light-filled patio. A private dining room is also available for times when you may want to dine privately with your family or friends. The reception and offices are at the entrance to the building. The second floor has two very large living rooms & library. Anthem will be staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our philosophy is based upon keeping our residents well and active, and life at Anthem will include a variety of social, recreational, educational and cultural programmes activities to suit your lifestyle.
